Decision to ban the sale of an "iPhone" in Germany .. Discover the reasons

A German court found that Apple had violated a patent registered by Qualcomm.
Qualcomm may temporarily apply the provision for financial security of 668.4 million euros in two patent claims.
The decision applies to the series of Apple phones, from iPhone 7 to iPhone X, last year. Apple must pay financial compensation to Qualcomm later.
Qualcomm, the chip maker, has won a court ruling banning the sale of several iPhone models in Germany.
Qualcomm's patented patent is technology compatible with the amount of power consumed by the chip, so the battery lasts longer.
Qualcomm thinks it's not possible to get around this patent by modifying the programs used.
The manufacturer of this part of the iPhone in Germany, the company Corfu American, believes that the solution to the battery problem, called envelope tracking, does not otherwise violate the Qualcomm patent.
"The courtroom has not explained exactly how this piece is a technology," said court president Matthias Tsegan.
