Several recent press articles have revealed that the new update of the US-based Apple iOS operating system and the famous iPhone phones cause big problems to users.
Forbes magazine said that the recent OS-12 operating system update had caused big problems for owners of the latest iPhone phones.
The IOS 12.1.2 operating system has cut cellular and Internet services with a number of new iPhone phones, including the iPhone XR, XS and XS Max, the magazine says.

The crisis was initially centered on Turkey, before spreading to North America, South America, Europe and Asia, while the magazine said that the United States was seriously affected.
Forbes explained that Apple's technical support services had promised iPhone owners to quickly resolve the crisis, especially since it coincided with Christmas.
