A recent British study found that exercise of all kinds can help lower blood pressure, especially with drugs used to reduce it.
The study, based on data and results from hundreds of randomized trials, found that physical exercise, regardless of its nature, resulted in a similar reduction in systolic blood pressure, such as that caused by drugs.
