BERLIN (Reuters) – Bayern Munich has imposed a fine on midfielder Franck Ribery after posting annoying comments including "inappropriate words".
The 35-year-old Frenchman was responding to critics after posting a video showing him enjoying a steak covered with gold leaf.
Ribery called his detractors "hateful" and said he was not beholden to one of his "enemies".
