MADRID: Real Madrid midfielder Ibrahim Diaz signed Sunday a deal worth 20 million euros, plus bonuses.
The Spanish playmaker has signed a six and a half year contract that will allow him to stay with Real until 2025.
Real Madrid said in a statement that "after the player has submitted to medical exams on Monday, he will be presented to the presidential election". After that, Diaz will enter Santiago Bernabeu for the first time wearing a riyal shirt and will address the media.
Diaz 'contract with Manchester City ended in the summer of 2019, but Real wanted to engage the 19-year-old to help the team this season.
