Egyptian star Mohamed Salah on Wednesday received the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Sports Innovation in Dubai.
Salah won the 2018 Arab Sport Award in recognition of what he did with his team and the Egyptian team.
Salah said after receiving the award: "Proud to be in the middle of my family, to receive this award and to thank everyone who upholds it."
"I'm happy with individual awards and when I get a big prize like sports creativity, I'm proud."
"I thank Muhammad because it's a great prize to encourage athletes to progress and succeed more.
This award comes a few hours after Pharaoh won the CAF Player of the Year award in 2018 for the second year in a row.
