Chaomi unveiled its new Red MeNot 7 phone, featuring a glass background and color gradients, which supports a high-resolution camera.
The dual camera is one of the most important features of the Chinese phone: a 48-megapixel base camera with f / 1.8 aperture, a Samsung GM1 sensor and a 5-megapixel sub lens for greater depth.
The company confirmed that the main camera could use Pixel Binning technology to capture better images by combining adjacent pixels.
According to the AIT NEWS technical website, the phone is powered by the MIUI 9 interface based on the Android Oreo system and Qualcomm's 6-core Snapdraton 660 chipset.
The phone also includes a fingerprint sensor installed at the back, a headphone port and a 400 mA battery.
The price of the phone starts at $ 147 for the 32-megabyte (MB) model, which makes it cheaper than a 48-megapixel camera.
