Liverpool manager Alberto Moreno told his team that he wanted to return to Spain after the end of his contract this season. According to a report published by the British newspaper "Sun".
Moreno, whose contract expires at the end of the season, wants to join the former club of Seville, said the newspaper.
Last month, Moreno said: "This is my fifth year here, there is no agreement on the renewal of my contract and in January I am free to listen to any offer."
The 26-year-old joined Liverpool from Seville in the summer of 2014 for an amount of 18 million euros.
Moreno has been involved in five games in all competitions with Liverpool.
The Spanish defender played at Liverpool in 141 matches in all competitions, scoring 3 goals and 11 more.
