Iraq scored two goals in the first 19 minutes and lost several easy chances, winning a 3-0 win against Yemen at an Arab summit and guaranteeing a quick qualification for the 16th round of the Cup of Asia, Saturday.
The first goal was scored by young striker Muhannad Ali in the 12th minute. Bashar Rassin added the second goal after seven minutes.

Iraq has six points in two games to join Iran, who also climbed earlier in the day with a 2-0 win over Vietnam in Group D.
Iraq became the fifth team to qualify for the round of 16 before the end of the second round of the group stage, after Jordan, China, South Korea and Iran.
