Egypt loses Qatar and reduces hopes of qualifying for World Handball Championship

The Egyptian team lost the match with its Qatari counterpart 28-23 in the second round of group D of the handball world championships held in Denmark and Germany.

The Egyptian team weakened its hopes of qualifying for the next round of the tournament, with only three teams from each group, consisting of six teams.

Egypt lost their first match against Sweden before losing to Qatar, but Al Annabi increased his points to two points after a previous defeat against Angola.

Sweden and Angola have two points of a match, as well as Qatar, against Hungary and Argentina, with one point each for a match, while Egypt remains without balanced.

Egypt must defeat Argentina on Monday, then defeat Hungary and Angola in the next two games to try to qualify for the next round.

A balanced start of the two teams under mutual control and the inability of the defense to end the attacks, but the Qatari team finished the sixth minute with a 4-3 lead.
