Hossam Ashour, captain of Al Ahli's first team, left the team on Monday morning at the island's Mukhtar Al-Tash stadium.

A reporter reported El-Ahly.com Ashour was unable to complete the game and left with the team doctor after a balloon shared with Sharif Akrami.
Al Ahli is preparing to travel to Algeria as the team's mission to Cairo is set to depart on Tuesday in preparation for the Algerian Al-Saoura match.
The Reds will play their second Group A game for the African Champions League on Friday night against Algerian Al-Saoura.
