Alaa Nabil, the former coach of Arab Contractors, explained how General Mahmoud al-Jawhari's vision was different when Egypt lost in friendly matches before the Africa Cup of Nations. Nations of 1998.

"We were sad after our loss to Morocco because we lost the group's lead, captain Al-Jawhari closed and smoked cigarettes.
"We were going to play the quarter-finals early in the day and the weather is too hot for the players, we will play in the evening," said Samia.
"He spoke to us very differently about our morale, then we defeated Ivory Coast, considered one of the strongest teams in the league."
