Martin Lasarte, coach of Al Ahly, was shocked just hours before the young Algerian Al-Saoura in the African Champions League was wounded by star striker Waleed Sulaiman.
Khalid Mahmoud, a doctor at Al Ahly, said that Suleiman complained of a bruised toe and had followed a particular physical program at Maran Stadium on Wednesday, August 20th.
