Chelsea striker Maurizio Sari said striker Eden Hazard was a crucial player but he needed to develop his leadership skills in the Premier League football club.
Sari said Hazzard, the Belgian captain who helped his country reach the semi-finals of the last Russian World Cup, has no players like Cesar Azpelikwita and David Luiz.
"He is a player with more skills and individual abilities than leadership, he can decide the outcome of any game in two minutes and sometimes even in a minute," he told reporters.
