Meteor falls on the moon during the eclipse (video)

The scientists said the meteorite, weighing about two kilograms, and a radius as small as football, had fallen into the Burega Nozzle Zone, in the visible western part of the moon.

Astronomers plan to study this phenomenon and take pictures of the new crater.
