Tunisia will not file a complaint with the African Football Confederation (CAF) against Ismaili's exclusion from the African Champions League, said Tunisian Vice President Magdi Al-Khulaifi .
According to press reports, Africa would file a complaint after Ismail's exclusion from the tournament after the cancellation of Tunisia's 2-0 win over Darwish in the second round, causing a public outcry that led to the Ismaili exclusion from the tournament.
"We are not part of this crisis and we respect the decisions of the CAF," Khalifi told FilGoal.com.
"I have made no statement in this regard to any media, we respect the decisions of the Kaff and will not oppose the exclusion of Ismaili."
Excluding Isma's ili means that all of his previous results in the group stage will be canceled, which could have a negative effect on those facing him.
Ismaili was down 2-0 in the first round against the Congolese Mazolais, before his second match was canceled before the end of the African advance 2-1.
And so deducted 3 points from the winners balance on Ismaili.
Mazembe lost 3 points with Ismaili out of the game, returning to zero in points, as is the case for the African who has no point.
The biggest beneficiary of the group will be the youth of Constantine Algeria, who won the first two rounds on the African and Mazembe without facing Ismaili and will keep his points.
