Al-Sheikh: Diaz as artistic director of the pyramids. Al-Saqer leads the internal meeting

Prince Turki Al-Sheikh, owner of Pyramids and head of the General Authority of Entertainment in Saudi Arabia, announced the appointment of Argentine Ramon Diaz as the team's technical director.

Al-Sheikh had previously decided to fire the Pyramids technical team, led by Hossam Hassan, after the last draw with Zamalek 3-3 at a postponed meeting of the ninth round of the competition.

"The signature of the great coach Ramon Diaz and a full team of eight members has been signed by the entire Sheikh, via his official Facebook page.

"He will continue to play in the internal game and take charge of the team after this meeting, he will technically lead Pyramids in the match, Ahmed Hassan."

The pyramids, currently in the Egyptian league with 39 points, are expected to meet on Wednesday, November 4th, in the 21st round of the competition.

Saudi club Al Ittihad Jeddah was Ramon Diaz's last training experience early in the season, having failed to win one of the four official matches of various competitions this season.
