In the state of emergency, Insley said the presence of these injuries posed a risk to public health and that it could quickly spread to other counties. Yesterday, 31 children from Clark County, south of the state, including 21 children aged one to ten years old, 50 years old of the same disease in King County.
The decision allows the governor to declare state of emergency to state authorities, using all resources and "doing everything possible" to help countries suffering from measles.
