Manchester United midfielder Marwan Villaini went on Friday to Shandong Luneng of China to end the pace of the volatile international.
United has not disclosed the financial details of the move in a brief statement in which the 31-year-old has thanked his services for his five and a half seasons.
Villaini, who signed a two-year contract until 2020 in June, has participated in 177 appearances in all competitions with United.
He helped him win the FA Cup, the English League Cup and the European League, placing Villaini in the Premier League for more than 10 years in England, where he joined Everton since 2008 at Standard Liege.
