TV station: 10 players killed by the Brazilian Flamengo team

Ten players were killed in a fire at a Flamengo football center in Rio de Janeiro, Globo TV reported on Friday.

"The children of the Flamengo junior team were asleep at that time," said a firefighter at Globo News.

The fire, according to the station, which reported no source, has occurred at the center of "Ninho de Oropo", which has grown to just two months ago . The center houses a dormitory for young people.

The fire broke out after days of heavy rains that flooded the city and killed at least six people.
