Ismaili's legal adviser: Al-Kaf has decided to return to the Champions League

The African Football Confederation (CAF) has accepted the club's call to return to the African Champions League, said NHL legal adviser Nohad Hajjaj.

Nihad Haddad, who headed the legal delegation representing the club during a session of the African Union (AU), said Sunday that Ismaili was back in the Champions League and that he would dispute his next games in addition to the third round in which he did not participate.

"The decision of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to accept the resumption of Ismaili club before the Appeals Committee of the AU and the cancellation of the decision to exclude the club from the African Champions League because of the African Club match, "said Nasr Azzam, a member of the club's legal team.

He added: "The return of the team to the tournament after attending the hearing today and pleaded before the Appeals Committee with Chancellor Mohammed College and the advise Nihad Hajjaj, and submit all legal defenses, congratulations to the board of directors and fans of Ismaili club.

Yalla Koura won the decisions of the African Union on the Ismaili grievance, which consisted of 3 points:

1. Accept the call submitted by the Ismaili club.

2- The decision of the Club Competitions Committee and the Club Licensing Committee of 23 January 2019 is considered void.

3 – Ismaily Sports Club returns to participate in the 2018-2019 season of the African Champions League.

The African Championships Committee has decided to exclude Isma Ili from the Champions League because of the cancellation of the match against the African Tunisian because of some excesses of the from the masses.
