Saad Samir no longer supports Ahli's defense against Simba

Saad Samir, defender of the Al Ahli club, missed the trip of the red team to Tanzania in preparation for the African Champions League qualifiers against Simba.

The player complained of muscle muscle pains that kept him out of the accounts of Uruguayan coach Martin Lasarte.

The player played a qualifying session at the gym Sunday morning on the sidelines of the two absentees during the trip to Tanzania.

Al Ahly will host Tanzania's Simba on Tuesday in the fourth round of the African Champions League group stage.

The Ahli mission arrived in Tanzania on Sunday morning to prepare for the Simba conflict.

Al Ahly leads group D with seven points on two wins over Fita Club Congolese (0-0) and Simba Tensani (5-0).
