The head of Smouha Club Faraj Amer revealed the existence of an element of Karim Yahya's contract, a young player from Ahli preventing him from participating in front of his original team.
During the last week of the transfer, Karim Yahya was loaned to Smouha for a season and a half.
"This article does not appear in the contract of Amr Barakat, which is illegal under FIFA rules, but it is now recognized locally," Amer told Radio On Sport on Monday.
"But Al-Ahli put this article on the scene when Karim Yahya loaned us his young player."
Al Ahly is third in the Egyptian standings while Smouha is in ninth place.
