LONDON (Reuters) – Juventus want to engage Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah, the Guardian newspaper reported on Monday.
The newspaper announced in a report released today that Juventus had allocated 175 million pounds (about 200 million euros) to a contract with Salah.
According to the newspaper, officials see in the old woman that Salah is the ideal alternative to Argentine Paolo Debala, who has fallen a lot this season and who has scored only two goals in the Italian league, in addition to five goals in the Champions League.
This agreement would make Salah the second most expensive player in history after the transfer of the Brazilian Neymar from Barcelona to Paris St Germain for about 222 million euros.
Salah is currently the top scorer in the Premier League with 17 goals, tied with Argentine Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
