Al Ahly sent an official letter to the Football Association asking for the reasons for postponing the team's meeting with Pyramids.

Although Al-Ahly confirmed in his statement yesterday that he did not confiscate the desire of any of the parties to request the postponement of his match against Al-Ahly, this did not bother him. Al Ahly's board of directors decided yesterday at its emergency meeting (categorically rejecting the replacement of any league match by a league match by another cup match) in response to the pressure of any party, especially since it is the Football Federation that prepared the table of the competition without any interference, The first is to respect his job time and maintain his reward before the clubs.
