Manchester United revealed the financial losses suffered by the Red Devils leadership after the dismissal of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
According to Sky Sports, United had to pay nearly 20 million pounds of compensation to the Portuguese and its employees for the dismissal.
Mourinho was at the head of Manchester United's technical direction early in the 2016/2017 season before being sacked in December.
Mourinho was sacked by the disappointing results of the English Premier League, including a 3-1 defeat recently against Liverpool.
United enlisted the services of Norwegian coach Ole Gunnar Solshire to take over the English team temporarily.
