Majid Abu Zahra, president of the Jeddah Astronomical Society, said the moon would pass the planet Saturn in a phenomenon called "invocation" and monitor the phenomenon in the skies of the Arab world.
The phenomenon is seen on the eastern horizon of the sky dome in the Maghreb countries before sunrise, where the illuminated part of the moon crosses the planet Saturn and will reappear in certain areas before sunrise and in other areas after sunrise.
It will not be observed in the capitals of the Arab States of the Gulf, including: "Sanaa, Amman, Damascus, Jerusalem, Beirut, Baghdad, Cairo, Khartoum, Mogadishu and Djibouti" because the delay will occur after sunrise.
During the year 2019, the moon obscures the planet Saturn every month, but the occlusion occurs at different places in the world and not at one place.
