Swiss actor Bruno Gans, who died last Saturday at his home in Zurich, died at the age of 77.
Janz played the character of Hitler in "The Fall" in 2004 and named the film to Oscar.
The film included the last days of Hitler's life in a trench in Berlin. The film is one of the first German attempts to present the character of the Nazi dictator on the screen. Ganes has been playing in cinema, theater and television in Germany for more than 50 years.
