The Ministry of the Civil Service announced the publication of the Executive Regulation on Human Resources, issued on Thursday, 9 Jumada II 1440H, corresponding to 14 February 2019, after being approved by the committee constituted by the decision of the Council of Ministers to establish a committee headed by the Minister of the Public Service, the Ministry of Finance and the Council of Ministers' Council of Experts set the Public Service Regulations and Regulations and the relevant provisions. The approved regulation comes into force 90 days after the date of its adoption.
The new Regulations are the end result of numerous reviews and benchmarking studies aimed at developing the civil service system and its regulations in line with the latest administrative developments and changes, and strengthening the strategy and future roles of the Ministry of Finance. the Public Service to put in place a strong administrative structure and a performance-friendly work environment. , Which aims to achieve the desired goals of a modern system characterized by flexibility, comprehensiveness, high efficiency and decentralization by allowing government agencies to directly manage their human resources, the existing paradigm and harmonizes the public and private sectors, changes the concept of public service and promotes the shift to the concept of human resources.
