Prince Harry decided to separate from his brother William and stay in a new residence to receive his first child from his wife, the Duke of Sussex, Megan Markle.

According to a Sunday Times newspaper, Harry and his brother William have agreed to separate from their royal residence for years in the coming weeks.

"It's the end of the wonderful four," she told reporters, referring to William and Harry, their wives Kate Middleton and Megan Markle.

"They will not form a united team inside the Kensington Palace as they were before, and they will each go their own way," she said.

The royal observers said the division was a sign of the different responsibilities of the two emirs, as William, father of three, is about to succeed his father, Prince Charles, as Harry prepares to become his father for the first time.

Prince Harry and Megan Markle are expected to receive their first child in April.

Prince Harry and his wife, Megan Markle, will live in a cottage in Frogmore, on the grounds of Windsor Castle, 48 km from London. They will not be neighbors of Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, who live in an apartment in Kensington Palace.

The departure of Prince Harry will also mean that he will leave the house he witnessed as a child and was raised by his mother, the late Princess Diana.

Prince Harry lived with Megan Markle at Nottingham Cottage, in the precincts of Kensington Palace, since they were fiancées last year.

But the couples, William, Kate, Harry and Megan will continue to work together in the Royal Charity Foundation, which supports issues such as mental health and veterans, the Sunday Times reported.
