The Department of the Public Service announced Saturday the update of the Human Resources Executive Regulation, which issued a circular on Thursday.
The Ministry announced the publication of the regulation after its approval by the committee formed by the decision of the Council of Ministers, which established the regulations for the implementation of the civil service system and the relevant rules and provisions, which will enter into force 90 days after adoption.
She pointed out that the Rules of Procedure have entered into its new form as a result of numerous reviews and comparative studies aimed at developing the civil service system and its executive regulations in line with the latest developments and developments. administrative changes; and strengthen the department's future strategy and roles in order to put in place a sound management structure.
The new regulations aim to achieve the desired goals of a modern system characterized by flexibility, inclusivity, high efficiency and decentralization by allowing government agencies to manage their human resources directly, tackling existing challenges and harmonizing the public and private sectors. The government works and encourages the shift to the concept of human resources.
