The official spokesman of the region of Asir, Majid Al-Shihri, denied on Tuesday the information posted on the social networking sites under the title "Zellum Nujood Al-Asiri of Assir Municipality", pointing out that what was mentioned in the citizenship video was completely false.
He explained that Nujoud al-Asiri is the owner of a building still under construction and that he clearly infringes the number of authorized floors, in addition to violating the decision to stop work in the building and to use the time off to allow workers to work in the building after closing the doors.
Al-Shihri added that, according to these violations, a list of fines and penalties was applied, stipulating that "the increase in the number of roles beyond the authorized limit and the removal of buildings in infringement of the owner's fees on payment of the specified fine for that ".
And said that the citizenship of Najud al-Asiri exceeded the number of authorized roles in the construction, was responded to the position of the emirate to the complaint received about them.
He stressed that nothing was true of what the video mentioned in the complete removal of the building, which indicates that the abduction is defined by the role of the violation according to the rules of construction that apply to all, without exception.
