The Interior Ministry on Tuesday executed the death sentence of an Egyptian expatriate in the Tabuk region.
The ministry said in a statement that Anwar Abdulmohsen al-Banna, an Egyptian national, had been arrested for smuggling a quantity of forbidden grain.
The investigation culminated in the indictment of the accused and, by referring him to court, a legal instrument requiring him to prove what he was legitimately attributed and to sentence him to death was confirmed.
