These are either the images of hungry children that began to emerge in the 1980s and continue today, the image of violence and the scenes of rallying the tortured, the sick and the poor , or images of wild animals and safari, but is it just Africa? Or is it what the plundering world wants its wealth to emerge? To always look like a wild country that constantly needs help, relief, interventions and medicines.

What about Arab culture? What do you think of Africa and what are the clichés it adopts? On the other hand, how do Africans perceive us as Arabs? What do they convey stereotypes about us? Has the image of each of us been fulfilled by the West over the years because of the colonial past of both parties and its effects so far?

In this regard, the second annual International Conference entitled "The Intellectual Image between Arabs and Africans" will be held on Saturday, 23 November at 11 am

A specialized group of researchers from the Arab world and Africa is participating in this conference, which aims to create an Arab-African forum to discuss common issues far apart from the political, economic, cultural, social, educational and educational spheres, areas in which cooperation has never been seriously debated.

The conference will also look at Arab and African curricula and work to change them to a more realistic, clearer and more contemporary image of others.

Participants addressed a number of important themes, including the mental image of Arabs and Africans in textbooks, universities, the University, the Azhari, religious schools and missionaries, as well as the image Arab and African peoples in the fields of literature and cinema, theater and theater. .

The sessions will discuss the content of Arab-African and Afro-African cultural relations, the role of North African countries with a common identity, education and culture in the Arab-African region and the future conference on negative mental images.

"The Arab and African countries have not been able to achieve real change in the cooperation between peoples on both sides, despite the solid foundations of these human values." All that Arabs are currently doing in the field of Arab-African cooperation is political and economic,, not based on deep cultural and intellectual understanding. "

"The question of the mental image between Arabs and Africans is controversial and requires further research. Each Arab-African party has a negative image vis-à-vis the other, and they are still entrenched in their spirit, despite the existence of a common heritage and the first subject of European colonialism. And a common struggle against it, in addition to the continued subordination to the economic dependence of the West, and its deepening, as well as globalization, which accelerated after the end of the cold war and exerted pressure on the parties.
