The rapid response team gathered all the projects late, failed and null, and is striving to correct its footsteps, either by extending, the completion of the withdrawal procedures of what the team had decided to withdraw from these projects and accelerate them, and the conversion of projects into new regular tracks to achieve the goals of National Vision 2030 have been completed.
The team, led by the secretary of the region, meets daily with the heads of municipalities and project implementers, finding quick solutions to end the failure, delay or suspension of the projects. projects in the region and producing weekly reports including improvements and results obtained after treatment by the Rapid Response Team.
It is worth mentioning the mobility on the sites of affected projects and the activity of contractors running projects in the region as a result of the work of the rapid response team, who expressed their joy for the serious work they have done in the response of the contractors to the team.
