In the last 72 hours, the "Mars InSight" rover recorded a strange sound on the surface of Mars.

Forbes magazine quotes Don Banfield, a global scientist at Cornell University, as saying the sound lasted 100 seconds. The world added that the source of the sound had not yet been determined. But did not rule out access to such information in future studies.

Mobile connectivity is achieved via the remote wireless satellite system. And should run on Mars until November 2020.

The mobile on Mars aims to study the planet's soil components by measuring the temperature on its surface and recording the vibrations of the soil. Scientists also intend to receive information on the thickness of the Martian crust and the components of its core and its state.
