Asir attends many residential projects to meet the needs of citizens: three projects were implemented in Abha and Khamis Mushayt in partnership with the private sector, characterized by housing complexes and integrated services, from 357,000 apartments and 577,000 villas. Housing delivery to citizens will begin in stages beginning in 2019.

He pointed out that the ministry took into account the wishes of all citizens wishing to become homeowners and had already launched development contracts and call for tenders for the development of 26 residential plots that will provide free more 32,000 parcels to beneficiaries on ministry lists.

He called on citizens to contact the ministry to respond to their questions and support, noting that all ministry employees were working towards this goal and were happy to provide service to the citizen through communication channels or go to the offices of the ministry. .

The meeting saw the provision of housing to a number of developing housing beneficiaries in the region.The total amount allocated by the "Residential" program for the Asir region since early 2017 has risen to around 64,885 housing and financing options, including 15,413 housing units under construction "Sell on the map". With the private sector, 1,275 housing units ready for use, 21,607 real estate development loans financed by the Real Estate Development Fund in partnership with banks and financial institutions, and 26,790 land provided free of charge to beneficiaries.
