The company aims to increase the number of job opportunities among young people up to 13,000 jobs for different segments of society in 2019, compared to 10,000 currently available, according to Omar Khalifa, general manager from the company.
Khalifa added that the site aimed to reach one million young people in need of employment by the end of 2019, compared with 130,000 currently.
The base is divided between 65% for men and 35% for women, while the percentage of people with special needs is about 3% of the total workforce.
With a total investment of 3 million pounds, the Shaghlani site provides thousands of jobs to middle class graduates, artisans and technicians and seeks to build on the entire Arab world, with an unemployment rate about 30%.
According to Khalifa, the site has about 12 mobile smart stands in different provinces, allowing to receive job applications in isolated areas and villages, adding 50 additional kiosks this year.
He pointed out that companies rent these booths 50,000 pounds a year through booth, in exchange for the database of applications and the operation of these young people, highlighting the reaction of five institutions of these electronic kiosks, namely Alexandria and Al-Ahli Bank.
This booth includes people and free jobs from these companies, classified as jobs for drivers, workers, sales representatives, accountants, security and technicians.
Khalifa has announced the launch of the fourth forum for employment in Upper Egypt next April in the governorate of Sohag, in order to provide employment opportunities to young people, especially those with special needs, especially in Sohag, one of the poorest and unemployed provinces, while the fourth forum will include about twenty companies such as Edita and Alsalab and Americana and Aqua Flow.
The company allows videoconferencing to reduce the cost of the transfer, Khalil said.
The company has launched three recruitment forums in Cairo over the past three years.
