The summit, as well as parallel events between the participating leaders and leaders, will be organized by the Sharm el-Sheikh World Conference Center and will include two plenary sessions and an in-camera session on regional issues and challenges, as well as an opening and closing session. The results will be presented at a joint Euro-Arab press conference.

The importance of this summit is twofold: firstly, it will bring together two neighboring groups from 50 countries, 28 European and 22 Arab, and will call for cooperation and coordination in all fields because they are closer to each other. others and have common strategic interests. During his recent participation in the Munich Security Conference, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi stressed that cooperation between Arab and European countries was a long-standing cooperation because of its geographical proximity, its long-term relations and its interrelated relationships, making Europe the largest partner of the Arab region. The President underlined the importance of cooperation between the Arab and European regions, the instability of the Arab region affecting Europe and vice versa, for example the crises experienced by some Arab countries which led to the aggravation of the phenomenon of illegal immigrants, directly affected. In the stability of the European countries, it follows that, at the present stage, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination between the two parties in order to find common ground to deal with problems and matters of common interest. , and therefore the Euro-Arab Summit of Sharm el-Sheikh and an important step in this direction, It has many other stages.

For its part, the State Information Service (SIS) has set up an international press center in Sharm El Sheikh covering the activities of the Arab-European Summit, which will involve more than 750 foreign and Arab correspondents, other than local correspondents.

Mohammed Emam, director general of the press center of the information authority, said that this authority, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and various state institutions, had started a month ago to receive requests from 550 foreign correspondents and more than 250 local correspondents representing various foreign, Arab and local media, news agencies and satellite channels. 200 media correspondents from the heads of Arab and European countries, leaders and governments attending the conference, as well as coverage authorizations, will be handed over to Sharm el-Sheikh upon their arrival.

He added that the Authority had prepared the International Press Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and that it incorporated the latest international communications to facilitate the task of correspondents, as well as two operating rooms. located in Cairo and Sharm el-Sheikh airports to receive correspondents, finalize procedures and release customs equipment and cameras for all correspondents and remove obstacles encountered.

Sharm el-Sheikh has prepared the preparations for hosting the guests of the Arab-European summit which will begin tomorrow with the participation of heads of state and government and representatives of European and Arab countries.
