Meteorology warns of heavy rains that continue until this date

The Analysis and Forecasting Branch of the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection today issued a warning indicating thunderstorms accompanied by surface winds activity. on parts of the Asir region, which continues until 9 pm today.

The alert concerned the city of Abha and the provinces of Khamis Mushait and South Dhahran as well as Mahil Asir and Nemas and the center of Raboua and its adjoining parts.

In its weather report for the day, the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection predicted a thunderstorm storm with high winds in the Asir, Najran, Jazan, Baha and Taif highlands. the sky remained cloudy to partly cloudy over the west and north-west of the Kingdom.
Fog is also expected towards the end of the night and early morning on the Persian Gulf coast.
