The chairman of the Saudi Engineering Organization, Saad Al-Shahrani, confirmed that the adoption of the list of engineering positions was only a matter of time, underlining that the adoption of the regulation would have a significant impact on the working environment in government projects and would help to improve the lot of state engineers.
