Before the start of the season, Barcelona striker Lionel Messi has qualified for the Champions League as the most important tournament for the team.
It has also been seen time and time again that Barcelona has tended to favor a league title in the other season, but the team now seems willing to repeat the success of this historic trio for the third time in its history.
Messi scored three hat-tricks during the match against Primera Liga, leading Barcelona to a 4-2 victory in Sevilla, a win that gave Barcelona a huge boost to defend the league title.
Messi also received a tremendous boost after scoring the 50th hat of his career, opening up his appetite and that of Barcelona to take another step forward in another championship, the King's Cup.
Barcelona will be the guest of Real Madrid on Wednesday in a new and exciting classico at Santiago Bernabeu in the semi-finals of the tournament.
Barcelona must win at home and its stubborn traditional rival, or draw more than 1/1 to qualify for the final and stand out of the title of champion.
The Barcelona coach, Ernesto Valverde, has comforted Messi and some of the main players, including the defense, from the first lap.
But Barcelona will now take the lead of Wednesday's game, led by Messi, where the first leg between the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw against Real if the match is over. Wednesday by a draw.
As the team approached the final of the Cup, Messi said his goal was now to compete with the trio this season.
"We will try to win all the titles … We will not miss any competition, we are about to reach the final of the cup," said Messi.
"It will be a very difficult match because it is against Real and home, but we will play the game with confidence in our ability to succeed," he said.
"We are still competing in three competitions and the only way to face them is to focus on the next game," said Santiago Solari, the club coach after defeating Levante 2-1 in the league.
Solari pointed out that there was a situation of injustice, while Barcelona was rested for 24 hours more than the riyal before the match tomorrow.
Solari called the schedule of the league "strange" since Real played against Levante, while Barcelona played against Sevilla on Saturday.
Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué said: "If I remember correctly, the riyal had a day of rest longer than we had before the 5-1 win of this season."
The memory of Spades did not disappoint, as they played in the league on Sunday, October 28. Real played in their Champions League match on Tuesday, while Barcelona played on Wednesday.
Barcelona won the match with three goals from Luis Suarez and two goals from Philippe Coutinho and Arturo Vidal, not forgetting Messi, who was recovering.
The match resulted in Julien Lopegeti being sacked from Real Madrid's training the day after the match and Solari's nomination as successor.
Despite Solari's success in restoring a certain balance to Real, Solari had some disadvantages with the team.
But the Argentine coach has arrived in Real to get closer to the final of the cup and become the problem. The new challenge now is to overcome Messi.
The winner of Wednesday's final in the Cup final will meet the winner of the other quarterfinal match between Valencia and Real Betis.
The first leg at Betis Stadium ended in a 2-2 draw. The two teams met on Thursday at the Mestalla Stadium in Valencia.
