The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Sunday confided the match to Angola's Atletico Petrolius and Zamalek to the Burundi referee Endeavorianana.
Induwiyimana, 33, will meet Sunday, his second of the current season, after the Ugandan city of Kampala and Otoho Congolese.
Zamalek will visit Atletico during the fourth phase of Confederation groups.
Zamalek is fourth in Group D with two points after a draw against Atletico and Algerian Nasr Hussein Dai and a loss to Kenyan Gore Mahia.
Zamalek desperately needs to win the Nov. 11 stadium in Luanda, the Angolan capital, to maintain its chances of qualifying for the quarter-finals.
Zamalek would play Wednesday against Egypt in the quarterfinals of the Egyptian Cup before the Egyptian Football Federation postpone the match.
