The International Federation of Marketing and Sports Investment, based in Jeddah, has appointed Commercial Lawyer and Arbitrator Rabab Ahmed Al-Muabi as President of the International Sport Committee.

Al Moabi is the first Saudi woman to be named international sports court.

The International Federation of Investments in Sport and Sport was established in 2018. It is headed by Captain Ishaq Sarraj, whose mission and objectives are to provide assistance to all persons and governmental and private sports institutions, and to achieve moral and material profitability in the field of marketing and sports investments.

It also aims to broaden the base of sport by building bridges between these institutions in order to increase knowledge exchange, trade and investment, among others, around the world.

It is worth mentioning that the lawyer and commercial arbitrator Rabab al-Muabi, holder of a master's degree in commercial law, has obtained the membership of a referee accredited by the Center Saudi for commercial arbitration as the first woman to grant mediator status to arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as many other instances in Arab and international courts and tribunals.

She expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Federation and its confidence in her and the services provided by the legal service or by arbitration.

She stressed that this was part of the empowerment of Saudi women so that they could work in various fields, including the sports sector.
