Rana Huwaidi became the fifth woman arrested in Egypt after the broadcast of explicit videos with Egyptian parliamentarian director Khaled Youssef.
The security services arrested Rana Huwaidi while she was attempting to leave the country through the Cairo airport after an order from the Attorney General to arrest her.
According to media sources, Rana Huwaidi, allegedly in possession of a large sum of money, was arrested after the publication of a report on the incident.
After the scandalous scandal of the video, four women, including a businesswoman, a coach in human development and several women artists, were arrested.
The women admitted that the videos had been filmed without their knowledge and that they had been married to Khaled Youssef in a traditional marriage contract.
Khaled Youssef, who currently resides in France, denies these accusations and his flight from the country, saying he will return in time to reveal the facts to the public.
