Under the generous guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of the Interior, the Director of Public Security, General Khalid bin Qarad al-Harbi, made administrative decisions in order to to strengthen the ranks of 3929 security men according to their rank in various fields of public security and all its branches.

As a result of these decisions, the total number of security officers promoted during the year 1440 AH is of all military ranks (15086).

On this occasion, the Director of Public Safety expressed his sincere thanks and deep gratitude to the wise leaders for safety, security, care and follow-up of security personnel. Hassan thought of their governors, calling on almighty God to preserve the country's leadership and the pride of its religion, security and prosperity.
