New York City manager Brendan Rodgers thinks his team is expecting "positive results on the horizon" after his 2-1 win in Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League on Tuesday.
Leicester confirmed the appointment of Rodgers one hour before the start of the match to replace coach Claude Boyle, sacked Sunday after a series of seven games without a win in all competitions.
The former Celtic coach was warmly welcomed by Leicester fans while he was sitting in the stands of King Power Stadium to watch the game while Demarai Gray and Jimmy Vardi scored both goals.
