LONDON (Reuters) – Barcelona players will wear an old-fashioned version of the 1990s-inspired T-shirts at Clasico on Saturday against rivals Real Madrid, the Daily Mail reported.
The classic design, featuring red and blue lines known as Blaugrana, is the first Nike jersey designed for the Catalan giant 20 years ago.
This classic design was preceded by former Barcelona stars such as the Brazilian Rivaldo, Luis Figo, the Spanish Pep Guardiola and the Dutchman Patrick Kluivert during the 1998-1999 season.
The jersey was worn by Barcelona players in two UEFA Champions League matches against Manchester United that season and ended with a three-goal draw for each team.
The t-shirt will be sold 140 € for the original and 90 € for the fake.
Barcelona has 57 points, seven more than Atletico Madrid and nine points behind Real Madrid, third.
