Learn more about the delivery mechanism of the "visit to efficiency" in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Council of Ministers approved the creation of a visa called "visit to efficiency", issued to people wishing to attend events organized in the Kingdom.

According to the local newspaper "Sabd", the decision includes the adoption of several controls for the issuance of this visa, including the creation of the State Security Presidency (National Information Center) in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Foreign Affairs to establish a visa identification number within ten days of the decision.

Government agencies approved for the events in the Kingdom provide the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Security Presidency with a list of events, prior to the establishment of one of them at least two months, to add to automated visa systems.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also responsible for sending the type of activity contained in the visa data to the National Information Center, which will issue the visa within 24 hours of receiving the student's passport.

This visa is subject to the fees set out in the Royal Decree and the regulations and requirements applicable to entry visas into the Kingdom for the purposes of the visit.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after coordination with the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Trade and Investment, the Ministry of Culture, the Presidency of State Security, the 39; General Authority for Investment, the General Authority of Sport and the Public Authority of Entertainment, submits a report to the Council of Ministers. Within six (6) months from the date of entry into force of this visa.
