Hamada Sidqi, coach of Gouna and Hossam Ghali, have suggested to the club management to change the rules of the team in order to induce players to win victories on an ongoing basis.

The increase was set by the team recommended by Hamada Sedki, technical director, and Hossam Ghali, director of the El Gouna football team.
